Hekatees Return Policy

Every Hekatees piece is made to order or made by hand, so we don't accept returns for change of heart. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. The goddess keeps her promises, and so do we.

Apparel, candles, and other printed goods

Our shirts, candles, and printed merch are made to order just for you, so we can't take them back for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

We will replace your item or refund you in full if it arrives:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Misprinted or flawed in production

  • Different from what you ordered (wrong item, size, or color)

Handmade prints, ornaments, and fine art

Linocut prints, ornaments, shrines, and other handmade or one of a kind pieces are final sale. Each is made by hand, so small variations in ink, paint, and texture are part of the magic, not a flaw.

If a handmade piece arrives broken or damaged in transit, we'll repair it, replace it with a comparable piece, or refund you in full. One of a kind work can't always be replaced, so a refund may be the only option.

How to report a problem

Email us at kustomerservice@hekatees.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the problem

  3. Clear photos of the item, the label or print, and the packaging

Please keep the item until we reply. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds and the fine print

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Replacements ship at no cost to you.

  • Wrong address: Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, contact the carrier first, then email us and we'll help sort it out.

  • Cancellations: Printed goods go into production quickly. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel if we can.

  • Hex candles: Sold as a joke gift. We can't refund curses that worked, or ones that didn't.
